Photos of Newborn Twins - Abbots Langley

I recently photographed some brand new 4-day old twins for a former Bride & Groom. Photos of newborn babies are best taken when they are less than 2 weeks old for those lovely sleepy curled up shots. The twins were fabulous models - a boy and a girl and only at the last minute would the little boy fall asleep like his sister so I could get a shot of them curled up together. New Baby Pictures - Just for Mother's Day

I did a newborn session a few weeks ago for beautiful 1 week old baby Skye. She got pretty sleepy eventually but at the start was very keen to be a model even doing her best to lift up her head despite being so new and tiny! Catching up with the blog - so here are a few images of a lovely little boy taken a couple of days before his first Birthday. He was gorgeous and lots of fun - with the most beautiful huge brown eyes. Images like these can be taken in your own home where children are comfortable and have all their own things around them - that way the session is stress free for both you and the child.

I've been busy during the last few weeks with lots of new babies. I particularly enjoy taking the pictures when the babies are less than 2 weeks old to capture their delicacy and fragility. They grow so fast and fill out in no time so capturing pictures of tiny newborns is a real pleasure. Babies of any age are wonderful to photograph - but you get very different images as time passes and their personalities become even stronger. so here are a selection of some of my recent tiny clients of different ages. All images are taken in the comfort of your own home so the whole experience is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible for you and the baby.

I wanted to share some photos from a recent New Baby Session. These were taken at home which is relaxing for mum and baby. I was keen to get some lovely sleepy shots of the baby looking all curled up and peaceful but this little fella was having none of it and stayed wide awake the whole time smiling and even, despite being only 8 weeks old, looking like he was going to try and crawl away!
