I've decided to post a few images from my holidays in France this year as they are happy sunny images of Girls amongst the Sunflowers - a little something to brighten up the day as we continue to experience such gray and crappy weather ...... !

Shoot with Beckstead - Workshop with David Beckstead

I recently undertook an intensive 3-day workshop with David Beckstead - A fantastic American Photographer who has been named one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world..... pretty daunting! A large group of us gathered at Fanhams Hall - a great wedding venue in Hertfordshire - where we did a full days shooting in a number of interesting spots. We also did a night shoot and another morning's shooting at the Spirella building in Letchworth. The models worked hard and did an excellent job. It was a wonderful few days where I learnt some fantastic new concepts, superb compositional ideas and inventive ways to approach bridal shoots. Also met lots of really inspiring photographers and feel very lucky to have had such a great opportunity, with such a well respected, top photographer - thank you David.

We took hundreds of photos over the course of the workshop - this is just a small selection.

Wedding at The Old Palace, Hatfield House

Things are now calming down as far as the weddings go so I have a little more time to post up some images from weddings shot over our spectacular British Summer. I had some lovely weddings, with fabulous Brides and Grooms and some beautiful venues.

One of my favourites was an August Wedding in the Old Palace at Hatfield House, a fantastic historical place - we just about escaped the rain and it was a wonderful day. Just a few images from the day.
