Portrait Photos in Your Own Garden Bricket Wood

Another fabulous Autumn morning to take some family portraits and natural photos of the children. Having photos taken at your own home is really relaxing - if the kids need a break you can just have a cup of tea and carry on a bit later. And if you have a garden as gorgeous as this one so much the better ! The little ones had a great time climbing on the logs, jumping on the trampoline and I even met the family guinea pig. There were lots to choose from here are just a few of my personal favourites.

Outdoor Photos - Making the Most of the Autumn Colours

I absolutely love doing outdoor shoots at this time of year to make the most of the all the fabulous colours out there. Bright Autumn afternoons are perfect - the different shades of the leaves, the blue skies and lovely light. Here are just a few quick snaps that show how lovely outdoor photos can be at any time - so much better than the studio look!

Family Portraits In Your Own Home - Watford

Here are a few portraits with a fabulous little 11 month old girl - an absolute sweetheart. We did a few pictures outside but mostly indoors. It's nice for the children to be in their own environment where everything is familiar. Here are a few of my personal favourites.

Family Portraits Berkhamstead

A few photos from a recent family portrait session in Berkhamstead. Managed to get one of the bright and rain-free afternoons we've had recently and took a mixture of pictures indoors and outdoors. Here are just a few.

Skater Boys (and Girls) - Watford Skate Park and Nearby Trees

Took some photos of some of my favourite little children this week. These were outdoor portraits at the Skate Park in Watford. It was a lovely crisp Autumn morning so the kids ran around the skate park, got covered in chalk sliding around on the concrete and then wandered back to the car via a little wooded area... at which point the lads in the skate park looked glad to be rid of us so they could reclaim the area. The following are some of my favourites from the session.
