Once a year I try to make sure I photograph my daughter in the local bluebell woods as a means of charting her progress year by year (so far only missed one). I also do this because Spring is one of my favourite times of year and visiting the bluebell woods reminds me of this. My daughter is now old enough to remember lots of experiences and she has always loved the bluebells, so the last few weeks she's been bugging me constantly about when we could go .. and since the bluebells appeared we've made a few trips. This is a good example of when photos become important memories for children - hopefully when she is older and looks back on these she will remember that this was something the two of us did together (nearly) every year. Here are a few of my favourite images from a couple of days ago....
